Terms of Use

You are responsible for the information you provide when registering and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Lingoken to create and share educational games. You agree to use the service lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or security.

You retain ownership of the games and content you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, display, and deliver that content so we can provide the service to you and the students you share it with. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.

You agree not to upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, not to misuse or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, and not to use Lingoken to build a competing product. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Lingoken and its branding, software, and design are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or other proprietary materials.

Lingoken is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that it will meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lingoken will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using Lingoken at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if needed to protect the service or other users.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
